Baudry Chinon “Les Granges” 2008 Loire, France
Cabernet Franc may just be the best food-pairing grape there is, and Baudry's version is no exception. This wine is rich and spicy, with under currants of cigar box spice, earthiness, & blueberries. Great acidity will help this pair with rich winter dishes.

Ch. de Bouchassy Côtes Du Rhône 2008 Rhône, France
All black pepper and violets! This is dark, bruting Côtes du Rhône, without being tannic, from the town of Lirac. Produced in a super old school fashion, this red has great concentration and sees no wood. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, & Mourvèdre. Spicy and just damn good.

Dom. de Coriançon Vinsobres 2006 Rhône, France
One of the newest village AOC's in the Côtes du Rhône, this red is just soooo good. Made from mostly grenache and aged in the very traditional concrete vat, this Vinsobres is all earth and blackberries. Made biodynamically!

Dom. Du Garrignon CDR 2007 Rhône, France

Amazing boxed wine! This wine will last up to a month! And is the equivalent of 4 bottles. This Côtes du Rhône is a blend of carignan, grenache, and syrah from a tiny producer. And it comes in a gorgeous wooden box that is re-usable!

Dom. Du Pegau CDP 2006 Loire, France
We can barely say anything but WOW! One of the top Chateauneuf producers, Pegau is spicy and rich and oh so smooth. If you have never tried Chateauneuf, this is THE one to try. Pegau is showing so well right now, yet will age for years to come.

Dom. Grand Trousseau 2008 Côtes du Jura, France
Jura is quickly becoming one of our favorite regions. Trousseau, a local variety, is light bodied, yet so complex, with notes of freshly picked berries and earthy, mocha undertones. A perfect wine when you want a red that's not too heavy yet packs a punch!

Dom. La Roubine Sablet 2008 Rhône, France
I think I could just bath in this red. Sultry and oh so smooth, this is a Southern Rhône red made in an uber-traditional style. Old vine Grenache and Syrah vinified in cement from the tiny town of Sablet. Liquid chocolate!
